The Slavskan Parliamentary Overhaul
This Proposal is to form a new, more advanced political system for a better Slavska
Your party elects a candidate to lead them in the election. The candidate selected runs on behalf of the party. If your party wins, they put the internally selected WAD in and appoint their members accordingly to their executive posts. So if your party wins, you can be in the E/C or even WAD. This works similarly to the how R/L nations elect a leadership.
Voting against, for the reasons mentioned on the RMB by me and Slovsko. www.nationstates.net/page=rmb/postid=5254238www.nationstates.net/page=rmb/postid=5254789www.nationstates.net/page=rmb/postid=5260245

I Vote NO to that. BUT, I posted a consensus deal, If agreed upon I cannot see any reason to continue my objection, even though I don't agree with changing the system. "What we can do is elect a WAD separately (party can suggest a nominee as well as people can run as they wish) . Then Each party will get a certain number of E/C seats depending on the percentage of that party in the parliament, and then the WAD chooses a person from the respective party.
For ex. currently would be 3 ministers for United Slavia and 1 minister for the LP. The WAD then chooses 3 people from U.S. to the positions claimed by that party, and 1 person from LP for their respective ministry (of course the WAD can either choose a person or ask the party to nominate a nation).
This would be good as it combines the current system that gives WAD powers as well as the proposed one that gives parties a good say"

Well, here's what I think. We obviously beed to make some appeasments so although I like the old original proposal I'm gonna try come up with something more of us will agree on. So I suggest the WAD is elected independently. He will be something like the President in Western European countries. Then the Executive Council will be elected. The majority party will nominate its ministers just like Bolkania proposed. So the WAD and the council will not be dependent on each other. However, they will work together and the ministers will be all from one political party.

I'll consider the bill passed based on a high amount of bipartisan support.
