Changes to the Parliament and Executive Council.
As part of my electoral promise, I submit these following changes to the parliament and executive council to be voted upon.
- The position of "President of Slavia" to be changed with "Majority Representative", with the function to remain the same.
- Creation of a "Parliamentary sessions" in which all nations will be called to join and discuss current region affairs and to give any suggestions or proposals. This will replace the current "Government meetings" form.
- Creation of a new "Government meetings" or "Executive Council meetings" in which members of the executive council ONLY will join to discuss and give reports about current state of their respective ministry.
- The executive council shall be appointed by each new WAD.
Each minister will be appointed by the WAD.
The WAD has the power to directly assign a minister or to ask parliament parties to suggest suitable nations, from which he can pick.
In both cases, each minister MUST BE APPROVED by at least 25% of parliament members. - Creation of Ministry of Justice:
The role of this minister will be to rule cases of certain level of dispute or disobedience assigned to him by either the founder or WAD.
He can look at incidents in which any side of a conflict feels to be unfairly treated, and incidents that might happen in the absence of the WAD and founder, and will submit a report to the Executive council that will implement the decision.
These Changes will take effect from the 22th of december 2013, after being approved by the parliament of Slavia.
