1. The World Assembly Delegate of Slavia shall always have administrative powers over the region. 2. The WA Delegate shall be elected by the members of Slavia for a 3 month 60 day term. 3. Only citizens of Slavia may vote for the WA Delegate. 4. Prior to the elections, there shall be a 2 day period for members of Slavia to declare their intentions of running for the position. 5. Elections shall last 1 week. 6. Candidates may not vote for themselves in the elections. 7. The candidate receiving the most votes in the elections shall become WA Delegate of Slavia, and the candidate receiving the second-most votes shall become the vice-delegate. 8. If the delegate should choose, for any reason, to resign before his term is complete, the vice-delegate shall become the new WA delegate. 9. If many of the members of Slavia feel that the delegate is abusing his powers, he shall be forcibly removed from the position, either from seizure of the WA delegate position from him, or by his ejection from the region by the founder. 10. A nation may only serve as WA Delegate for 2 consecutive terms, then there must be a gap of at least 2 terms before he can run for the position again.
NB: While this guide specifically pertains to elections for the WA Delegate seat, it can be modified to suit elections for any seat.
