Here You Can Find each candidate's speech/program:
Slovsko:
1. The refoundation process and the return to Slavia to be finalized.
2. Submit a draft of constitution, and apply it following public discussions and a poll.
3. A simplified election system to be proposed.
4. Foreign & Defense policy: After the Slavia misfortune, I see it necessary to change our policy: Reaffirm our neutral stance, as agreed by the parliament under the Neutrality Act, which means the capability to defend our region in case of any misfortune (deletation, raid ...), the pledge to give military support only to our allies and in a manner that doesn't put our region in danger.
Of course to maintain a good prepared army we need to train, and therefore the minister of defense will be given permission to do "training raids/defense" to certain type of regions.
Moreover, I will re-evaluate all our relationships with other regions, keep a record of which ambassador is where, so no mistakes will happen in terms of future relations. As well, I will reconfirm our relationship with our allies (maybe even offering a pact of friendship to them).
5. Internal Affairs: As always, liberties allowed as long as the other is respected; the 3-strike stance of sanctions will be applicable in case of any breach of the liberty and insult of another and of course trolling.
Also, I will continue to deal with any case of puppetry found.
Kelxo:
Dear Comrades,
I would like to share with you what I propose to do should I become delegate.
I will make sure that everyone gets their say, and no disagreements whatsoever. I will endorse every WA member in the region and I will make Slavska the fairest place possible. I will also have a firm and fair policy, with a three-chance rule. On the third chance, you will be ejected but you may appeal.
I appreciate that this my speech may be short but I promise you that I will make Slavska the best, fairest region in NationStates. I thank you for reading my speech and good luck to my fellow candidates.

My fellow Slavians, now is the time to conquer the impossible. Now is the time to tackle the biggest challenges that engulf Slavia in a sea of apathy and carelessness. Some may seek to further complicate the government, entangling us in vines of red tape. I, too, have been a delegate in the past and have had to conquer the challenge of rebuilding Slavia from the ashes. Where we have fallen, we have also radiated hope for other regions. Where we have fallen, we have bred resilience into the mindset of the Slavian. Where we have fallen, we have become strong! The process of regaining our homeland will not be an easy one, but I will make sure that it gets done. As we fight to secure our homeland from invaders, we must also fight to fix the broken political system. Some may say that the solution is to have no government. Others say that we must have more government. I simply say that we need a government that cares about the plight of its nations. We need an active and simple government in which citizens may participate with ease. Thus, I propose a Five-Point Plan:
1) Simpler, Accessible Government: For the sake of protecting the liberty of each Slavian, I propose that we shrink the power of the WA Delegate ever so slightly, only to give more power to the legislature and to the Executive Council. I plan to expand democracy and the power of the common nation. I also plan to amend the Constitution, since it has a good amount of flaws and loopholes. I will work alongside the legislature to amend the Constitution so that it is more fair for the members of our region.
2) Foreign Alliances: United we stand, divided we fall. As we form alliances with other regions, we will have an opportunity to exercise our army as well as gain well-needed help and protection. I plan to finalize the SCOPE alliance and form it into a more meaningful alliance. I also plan to acquaint Slavia with other Gameplay-active regions (because they tend to be the most powerful) so that Slavia may return to the glory that it once had. I will also re-establish the Ambassador Form for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in order to better keep track of ambassadors while allowing citizens to become ambassadors themselves.
3) More Ministries: There are not enough ministries to handle the jobs of running the region. Thus, the power and complexity of the regional government grows as the number of ministries shrink. I will endorse the creation of several ministries if I am to be delegate. I also see that Ministries tend to maintain a level of activity. Besides, who says that we don't need a Minister of Fun?
4) More Members: If elected Delegate, I will work alongside Bolguria to recruit more members into Slavska. The more members we have, the more activity we tend to receive, and the more activity we have, the more members wish to stay. Simply put, I will invest time and effort into recruiting nations. I also plan to institute a Minister of Education to educate the newer members about NationStates and Slavia, as well as a Minister of Fun to manage social regional events.
5) Militarization: If elected delegate, I will invest time into improving our regional military, after we re-found Slavia. Nevertheless, I will devote time and effort into training anyone who is willing to join the military.
